After several years of running a website that offers behavior contracts to teenagers, I was contacted by an overwhelmed parent that wanted to know what she should do now that her teen had become an adult and was still living at home.

This gave me a great idea! I decided to create a contract for parents that still have an adult child living at home. The contract offered on this site is the result of that idea and it is now available to parents anywhere that have an adult child living at home!

Chris Theisen is the creator behind both the contract and the website. Based in Colorado, he works for a mental health agency in Denver, where he dedicates his expertise to supporting individuals and promoting mental wellness.
Outside of his professional life, Chris is a proud parent to two adult daughters. His passion for mental health and his personal experiences as a parent have driven his commitment to developing resources that foster well-being and positive change.
